The Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce is a private, non-profit, membership-driven organization comprised of business enterprises, civic organizations, educational institutions, and Town representation.
We are catalysts for economic growth for our members through:
- Promoting business interests in the Town of Irondequoit.
- Fostering relationships among members residing in and/or doing business in Irondequoit.
- Contributing to efforts improving existing residential and business conditions in Irondequoit.
- Being a point of contact for residents, businesses, and visitors interested in 'shopping local' in Irondequoit.
- Providing platforms for networking among Chamber members and community members.
Our events and activities are open to the public, and include:
- Timely, topically driven speaker-led luncheons held monthly.
- Free networking events held throughout the year.
- Annual Student Scholarship Luncheon honoring three local graduating high school seniors. (spring)
- Annual Picnic with community organizations.
- Annual Shop Irondequoit/Business Night Out event during the Irondequoit Farmers' Market. (summer)
- Annual Awards banquet honoring a Person of the Year and in Beautification categories (Best New Building, Best Renovation, Best Re-purposed Building, Best Landscaping.) (winter)
