Chamber asks for special support for East Ridge merchants during the Phase II detour

Apr 9, 2013

East Ridge Road Detour

On April 2nd, Ridge Road, between Carter and Hudson, went to one-way eastbound traffic until May 31st while they rehabilitate new asphalt and sidewalks.

The restaurants, merchants and professional offices are losing major business and request added support during this detour.

Irondequoit Chamber members are making a concerted effort to patronize these merchants in April and May and we ask that all Irondequoit citizens traverse the detour and make the added effort to frequent these stores.

The easiest way to reach them is to take Route 104 West and exit on Hudson to Ridge Road in the open eastbound lane.

The Chamber message has always been an advocate of “Shop Irondequoit," and for the next two months, we ask special patronage of the Carter/Hudson merchants corridor.

Our thanks,
