Isaac "Camo Van" Honors Veterans

Nov 24, 2013

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning's new “History of Camo” service van

As of Veterans Day, November 11th, Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning will have a new service van on the road that salutes all American veterans and recognizes veterans who are Isaac employees. Different areas of the van feature various camouflage patterns used in World War II, Vietnam, Desert Storm, and the recently introduced “digital” pattern. The van will be driven by an Isaac service tech or installation expert who is a service veteran.

“We wanted to commemorate veterans on this holiday with true recognition, not another holiday sale,” said Isaac president Ray Isaac. “These men and women have given so much and we owe so much to them… our freedom, even our lives, so saluting them in a tangible way is just the right thing to do.”

Currently, 27 veterans of the armed services work at Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning. The Isaac “camo” service van appeared at the Stars & Stripes 5K “VeteRun” at Mendon Ponds Park on Veterans Day, as well as at various other Veterans Day events.
