Annual Awards DinnerHeld each January, the Annual Awards Dinner celebrates our Person(s) of the Year along with outstanding local businesses across four award categories. Each year, the Annual Awards Committee meets to nominate and select recipients based on established criteria for each award—except for the Customer Service Excellence Award, which is proudly chosen by the public. State of Irondequoit*
Each year the Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce invites our town supervisor to come update our guests on what is happening around our town. Beginning in 2026, this will return to a luncheon event and will expand to include other Town leadership.

Joe Genier Student Scholarship LuncheonEach May the Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce hosts a luncheon to award scholarships to a student from each Irondequoit High School. Scholarship winners are future business majors, leaders and entrepreneurs chosen by the school's administration. These scholarships are made possible by generous donors.

J. Genier Charity Mini Golf TournamentStarted by the late Judge Joe Genier, each September we host a Charity Mini Golf Tournament at Whispering Pines to benefit the Sunset House. The event includes mini golf, dinner, drinks, raffles, and networking.
Meet the Candidates*In October we bring together the candidates running for local offices to speak to our community. The meet and greet event includes food and non-alcoholic beverages and time for networking as well.
